I went with this one, much against stardust's advice (sorry!). I also have some redness, so hey two birds and one stone... I was told that it burns and it does, but in a strange way I like the burning sensation. It's refreshing. I also feel like after my first two applications of it, my pores are more open. It totally opens up my pores, man! Actually, I have no clue what that feeling is, it might not even be pores opening. To soon to tell if it's working or not, but I'm going to do it religiously twice a day for a few weeks.

<3TAOW. Really sorryTrip, tell us what you are up to in Berlin. What do you like? What stands out and is different? Hope you are taking some pictures to share with us!

I don't even know where to start!!
Well, I like things that are different. Everything in Berlin is different! A lot different than Sydney anyway.
I've been travelling to festivals for the last month with different friends from around the world.
For the next few days i am alone and can do whatever i please.
Today i walked around the city and saw some cooooool stuff. Saw a really cool 5 piece band playing classical funky wahoo songs in a tiny park after i ate the biggest/best indian meal of my life.
Tomorrow i will hire a bike. Pedal over to the Salvadore Dali museum. Pedal all over the place and get a few more photos of which i will most definitely share with you all :)

On Saturday i am meeting up with 2 different groups of Germany people who i met at earlier festivals.. They are all taking me to a really small exclusive party with some crazy peformers! So lucky to have been invited to this. And im really happy about it, because i didn't think i would get to see any of my German friends again.

^ I'll never forget my summer when I was 18 , I spent 3 weeks in Munich and 2 1/2 weeks in berlin, finished it off with a week in garmisch and more rural towns hiking. I loved learning German as I was an English / psych major before I was kicked outta college. English being such a Germanic language made it so natural talking and jnterActing over
There! It was by far the most unique cultural experience of my life, I had such a crush on German chicks coming back home hahahaha .

That sounds nice!
My German is not good at all. I regret not learning any of the language earlier on in my life. But everybody here can communicate in one way or another so it's aaaaaall good :)
Hahahaha, Yes German chicks are nice. There are a lot of Europen ladies who get my approval ;)

So hot here today, again. Phwoar!

Trip, what a fantastic trip you are having. It is so exhilarating to be out in the world, away from everything and everyone you know, just experiencing each day as it comes. We can try to incorporate that into daily life when we get back home---push out of our comfort zone, etc. but eventually we just fall back into the familiar. I spent the first part of adulthood just working to travel and now that is all I want to do again. It's a little more complicated this time around but it will happen. The difference between being old and young is that time seems endless for the young and speeds by way too fast when you get older. I am finding it tricky to be patient and get my life in a place where I can leave my responsibilities, yet actually get out there before I'm hobbling around with a walker LOL!=D Michael, I just had a good laugh picturing me with a walker at Machu Picchu.....

LOL!!
I should draw a picture of that.
You should travel a little!! Even if you can only afford to vacate for a short amount of time each trip, you will still get so so much out of it.
Being in a totally unfamiliar city, in a completely unfamiliar country really fascinates me..
I think i will be saving extremely hard once i get back home.
Next year is only 365 days away!!!!

In just three days, this stuff has COMPLETELY removed the redness from my face. Ever since I was exposed to god-awful water while at in-patient for two months, I have been battling redness/itching between my eyes and around my nose. So I bought the anti-redness cream, used it as directed, and it took away the redness. IMAGINE THAT! I am not used to things working that easily.

Still have this gigantic pimple on my cheek, though, and it hurts really bad (physically, emotionally, etc). I hate succumbing to insecurity, but it's freakin' awkward! My cousin works skin-care at some posh salon, so I am going to strongly suggest that she gives me some free help in my quest to make a fountain of youth from which I can drink.

I'm glad you are starting to get some results RL! Good luck with your fountain of youth endeavor. I've spent today building my power rack and my home gym is coming along great I am really excited. Once I get some more cash I am going to buy some rubber flooring, I read on another website that horse stall mats are the cheapest quality material to use. They are made of the same rubber real gym flooring is made of but without the premium. A 4'x6' roll that is .75 inches thick weighs over 100lbs and it is supposed to absorb impact real well if you drop weights on it.

I am going to do the Starting Strength program by Mark Rippetoe; it is a training program focused on building strength and mass via barbell exercises. It is built around the squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, and power clean. I want to start a pullup/chinup regiment as well but I have my work cut out for me, I can only do a handful as of now. But hey, that's the whole reason I'm training right? I feel much more comfortable working out alone than in the gym.

I've wanted to build a gym forever but I could never justify the cost. I finally figured if I can't spend money investing in my health and future whats the point of spending it on anything? Training also helps with my depression so it is really a win win situation.

I am 6'4" but only weigh ~180 pounds (around 14% body fat) so I really want to gain some mass. I've been up to 210 in the past but it is impossible for me to keep on weight unless I really work for it.

RL talk to me on AIM mofo, I jus got it for my iphone, haven't been on in like 8 months heh.. always interesting to catch up w people from the past.

after coming into around 20 livestrong wrist bracelets I will now embark on operation redlobstah - replacing all the rubber bands on their claws in the tank at the grocery store. gangsta.
