Hey there mpa thanks for letting us know where you'll be. I always hate when people just drop off without a word. You always think the worst.

Well, goodluck! At least you get to see your husband. You guys are being housed in the same location? I hope you can get yourself into a nice long treatment program and minimal jail time. Practically beg for it if you have to. Rehab isn't that bad and you could probably use some of the info they're putting out (not to say it's all gospel but it's better than a concrete cell).

I'm doing good, had a rather productive day so I'm really happy about that. I've been having so much fun the past 2 days with my new foster dog (I'm a crazy dog lady).

Do you have an attorney? I know it's a bit manipulative, but you can always try and play the "give me an option that keeps me closer to my child" card if you want to avoid jail, given that the child's father is also in jail. Do you have someone to watch the child while you both are away? I know in some states, in-patient rehabs where you get to have your (young) kid(s) stay with you are starting to happen. I hope this is able to take off in other places, but it's probably expensive for the state.

I hope everything works out for you. Are you detoxed off of everything before you would have to go in?


I have also not seen The Princess Bride. I also didn't know that there's now a Mr. Spork. Great news!
 
Good luck with everything Misspharmacyashley. Sending some good vibes your way, I know all to well the stress of court and the legal system.

As for me Im just hanging out at the house. Just got off the phone with the mother of my daughter. I called her to tell her happy fathers day. I felt she deserves it more than I do. As Ive been in and out of prison for the last few years and she stepped up and has done an amazing job as a mother and father to our 8 year old daughter. She is the best parent ever in mine and my daughters eyes. She could do no wrong, so Im just riding a wave of bliss knowing that my daughter has the best mother she could of ever hoped for. And the fact that Im working on my sobriety and putting my life back together has me felling pretty good at the moment.
Think Im gonna hit the sack and wake up and do some fathers day running in the morning and stop off in my favorite place to have a BLT. Take care everyone
 
What movie's in the plans? I recently just watched Artificial Intelligence and I'm obsessed with it now like a weirdo. *I'm DAVID!*

We'll be housed in the same building (different floors) for about a month, depending on if he gets his case dismissed or not - which I don't think will be that hard to accomplish at all since I told the judge and prosecutor he was innocent.

Yeah, I have an attorney. They are sending me to a 6 month inpatient/criminal rehabilitation program probably about 30 minutes away from my Mom (who is also the temporary guardian of my daughter). Yeah, I'm detoxed.. I'm 6 days clean right now! :) I tapered down really low with my suboxone and jumped off on the 12th. I'm psychologically dying though. :\

Well, that's wonderful that you appreciate her so much! My husband is 27 and has been in and out of prison a lot too. Since his first bust when he was 17 he's spent nearly 8 years inside off and on.

^ :( <3 Just try to get through it, tomorrow is a new day.

I'm trying to get the motivation to work out before I have to go to work today, but it's proving to be really hard.
