kanobo, I played that game for a while but couldn't really get too far into it:-P. I've been really interested in that new guitar game, Rocksmith, have you played that one yet?

And just a quick note, I had to edit your comment because in TDS you can't list anything related to using drugs in the social threads. TDS focuses on the aspect of recovery and any words relating to using could be triggering to someone.

Oh man it sounds so sweet you can use your own guitar supposedly and it comes with a cable to connect it to your game system and you play the songs using your own guitar so it teaches you/improves your real guitar skills. It's what I always wished rockband and guitar hero did by the time I became an "expert" on it. I'm not really into video games but this is the first one in a long time that's got my attention. =D

And don't worry about it, everyone's new sometime. <3
 
Wow that game sounds cool, my lady would absolutely love that (she's a solo guitarist).

is rmv the same as DMV (dept. of motor vehicle) because if that's what it is, you are NOT kidding. That is an all day affair.

On another note we got to pick up our foster doglet today! We can't play with him too much though because he just had his neuter surgery today D: .

I am so glad that you are back!

One of my training partners at my fitness center is gay. Now RL loves gay people, but in a very platonic way. Unfortunately, I think this guy wants to give me a private workout at his home... Now we all know that it's still masculine to touch your friends at the gym as long as you're concurrently involved in a dialogue about muscles and proper form, but the past few days he has really been pushing it. Given that I have crushes on a bunch of regular females there but am too shy to break that ice, I'm now worried that they will assume that I am not interested in them because I'm talking about the latest movie releases with a guy who's touching my lats. I need to fix this situation, but like most of the situations I get into with gay men, the guy's very lonely and I don't want to crush him by saying the wrong thing. Ugh.

I hope you didn't also get nailed with huge reinstatement fees. I've been going through my own series of license suspensions, including the ones where they mail you notification of it a week after it goes into effect. So I feel your pain. I cannot wait until I am driving legally again.

I read this side of Bluelight when I'm at my lowest and stupid things are getting me down sporadically. It somehow makes me feel better about this place. I used to think half-jokingly that it was some kind of sadistic thing, knowing there are people out there way worse off than me. Now I think it's cos I'm reminded there's always compassion out there if you know where to look. I try and believe this, although I know it doesn't always hold true. I'm in a really good position no matter how I look at it, and it overwhelms me sometimes how bad off some of you guys are. I feel like I should post sometimes. Sympathies, advice, encouragement, something. But don't really see how it helps you out in any way. Just wanna make up for it now and wish you guys all the best, the very best. Show my appreciation for Bluelight and the good side of people (and the interwebz) and send out my sincere hope that things get better for you, despite the futility of it. <3

Yoo RL ! Glad to be back brotha - as for the license it's cost me 658 and year probation to get it back, but beats the hell outa jail!! It's real weird bein back in my old stomping grounds not shooting dope ESP on weekends, tryin to stay busy what u up to these days my dude ?

Helllooo.. court on Monday. Wish me luck! I'm signing for some months in jail, some months in treatment and too many years of probation.. just so you know in case I don't come back for a little while. :) I get to see my husband whose currently housed in jail due to a parole violation caused by my own fuck ups (who would have thought a parolee can't live with an addict!:\), but luckily he might be getting out soon since I took responsibility for my actions. I'm gonna bring our baby girl, they haven't seem each other for a month, she's excited and so is he.
Anyway,
How's everyone feeling? Doing? Thinking?
