I was gunning for a nutrition class but I was one of the last ones to sign up(always been a last minute kind of guy) and all the spots were filled. However I was able to sweet talk the women at the school to bump me to psychology 102 even without the prereqs :)
 
I took a Basic Nutrition class to fulfill the Phys Ed requirement. I thought it would be easy credits but it was fucking HARD! Granted, I wasn't in the best spot in my head at the time.

Hmmmm... I gotta figure out how to sweet talk like that, then again... I think I need this Intro class to help me learn decent study patterns
 
yeah, i figure things happen when they are supposed to. We still need to do the footwork but if it isn't meant to happen then it isn't supposed to happen. As long as we try hard... it is what it is
 
Nice! It always helps to see the rewards of effort. makes everything worthwhile and eases some of the doubts we acquire along the way.

Speaking of class though... I have some reading to do. We're supposed to get a snowstorm but I'm not counting on school closing
 
Heehee this is like the Psych 101 club in here, there are so many psych students in TDS :)

Although this semester I'm only doing one psych-related subject (Social Psych). My other 2 subjects are arts subjects, just for fun (German, and Singing).

Good on you for going back to school OD!! I like perving on the younger girls too ;)

Speaking of school, I've decided that I'm going to apply to go back as well. Looking at research groups right now, apps will probably be going out late Feb.

Say n3o-- any good schools for chem in Aus/NZ that you know of?

Hmmm I don't really know man. I'm only familiar with unis in Sydney, really. I did Chemistry at USydney and it seemed like a really outdated facility (that was 9 years ago though so it could've changed since then...)
UNSW is probably one of the most prestigious unis for science (and other faculties).
 
I'm going to be totally off subject but we watch these oil tankers go by and my dad found out that they come from Oz to fill up and it takes them a month- a month and a half to bring Oz gas.........
So that gas you are pumping n3o, might be from right near me!! :)

I'm waiting to see how my knee works out, but I'm thinking I need to go back into the Dr...... :( Don't wanna, don't wanna.
Maybe the sunshine will make it go down.

Ty bro, I'm not down to sit around and feel bad for myself, although sitting around is exactly what I'm stranded doing atm hah. Making it up and down stairs is an absolute chore - it's pretty humbling I gotta say.
 
thx :) , I broke the cabin fever a bit , just got out for a bit but I couldn't be away too long w/out ice and heat for it. Hurts like nothin else but life's good man, just gonna make the most of this and try to become a more patient person , something I can always use more of!
