I'm back :( - yeah I'm pretty scared honestly - if I have a third within 2-3 weeks HIGH chance I slip into a coma and death is likely.

Between that and the shot for the pain (Mind you I've been off opiates for some time now ) I am semi better w/ the whole thing. Not lookin forward to not sleeping and I'm scared about the shot.. I need to make a thread for some advice I think. :(.

OH FUCK! I am so sorry to hear that. Accidents have been happening left and right recently.

I hope you both come through this OK.

I am off to the doctor; I am hoping for a much less painful recovery than I have experienced thus far.
 
Hmm.

Father sent me an email asking to call. I do not like my father, but wish to receive money from him.

Last time I saw him he said I should go travelling to austrailia, and it made me mad that he would consider saying that, because I have no money to go to austrailia, and I would take me years to be able to afford such a trip. He lives with his bitch wife on a farm and they dont work, but live a pretty comfortable life, but offers no help.

I guess I am mostly jealous and angry that he made a family with someone other than his first born son, and simply want to get a check for pain and suffering and forget him.

Last year he forced me to take part in their christmas and was talking about how he used to have "stray dog christmas's" where he would invite people that have no where to go for christmas. I sat there listening to him as he tried to sound like a good person. but I know he is a scum bag. I know he never called or sent a card all those years he had christmas with strangers. then one year we had plans for him to take me to America for Christmas, I arranged my holiday to be away, everyone from my moms family gave me US money for my trip. A

And my dad never showed. never called. nothing. Apparently he got cancer and had to cancel the trip. thanks for the notice. wonder why I hate christmas now jackass?

If I told my dad this I would feel great, but I am selfish and want his money later.

This, exactly. I have thought of TAOW many times while making my way downstairs... I am confident he will pull through, as will we all. <3

n3o, I didn't know junctionalfunkie at all, but I knew Tobala quite well and miss his presence immensely. I would get phonecalls from him at the most random times, the last of which was a couple days before we all received the bad news that he had died.

I cannot bring myself to delete his number from my phone, and I cannot help but wish he would be on the other end frequently. We'll have to do our bike trip through the Sierras and Cascades in another life, I suppose. :(

I know he watches over me and all of us.

This week totally kicked my ass and I am up at this hour on a Saturday?! A baby is going to be born today, which I suppose makes up in some way for all the injuries and destruction associated with the holidays.

I'm trying to decide wtf to do w/my car , thing is is bad shape - i need to know if it has a salvage title or what. Ribs are fucking killing me, can barely breathe without massive pain.
 
Doing really good. Really upset with these assassination attempt. Literally just heard that she is expected to survive. These fucking conservatives with there message that Obama and the Democrats are "secret Socialists" that the health care bill = socialist takeover was bound to cause something like this.

I can only hope that they are held accountable for setting this tone.

...The shelter I work at that to be cleaned (by us) and sprayed for bed bugs this week!

As an outsider, it's quite chilling reading the reactions to this on various messageboards I frequent. Current reports seem to indicate that the child victim died but the remaining 10 people who were shot are alive. It's unclear whether all of the victims were shot by the man in custody as there are reports of someone in the crowd returning fire when the Congresswoman was shot.

I honestly hadn't realised the extremity of the political discourse in the US until people started mentioning things like the crosshairs on Palin's website, Michelle Bachmann's call for people to get "armed and dangerous" over the energy tax, etc. I'm finding it jaw-dropping stuff to be honest.
