Inner wrists would probably be too annoying, they would definitely catch on things. I find it hard with mine when I have the jewellery in.

I got these over a year ago, although the photo is from the day I got them.

I'm very happy with these, but it seems they'll have to come out too :(

Edit: Wow, my arm looks retarded in that photo lol.

^^ Thank you darling :) Much appreciated <3
Ooooh you have dermals?! Where abouts? Photos??
I will definitely get some dermals at some point. Although it's tricky because the ONE place I want to get them: inner wrists, I don't think it's possible to get them there....the skin is too thin and too much risk of body-rejection. I'll have to enquire about it with a piercer though.

Dermals are hot anyway =D

I was actually seriously surprised at how little this piercing hurt by the way.....when she did it, it was like "Err, was that it?" Hahaha.
I didn't actually SAY that out loud, but I sure did think it :D

I would imagine the industrial would hurt like a bitch though! You are a brave girl! <3

Yep. I decided to get rid of all of my piercings for my future-career's sake (plus I have kind of moved on from that look), but I still wanted a little something and ended up getting this dermal in my chest. People actually seem to like it a lot after they get over being freaked out. It's so tiny and easily hidden when I need to cover it up. I absolutely love it! I've had it since October I think.

This photo was taken right after I got it. It bled off and on for a few days but healed up rather nicely. I want to get it changed to a tiny little diamond stud but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Anyway, an old friend of mine had a dermal piercing in her wrist but it was on the top side. I couldn't believe it was even possible! It had to have been about 3" long so I can't imagine what that must have felt like... It looked crazy. I also imagine it would get hung up on things easily. She ended up getting rid of it (I forget why) and it left a pretty noticeable scar. I think if [and when] I get my dermal removed it will leave a very small scar at the most though.

I'm surprised that piercing didn't hurt for you! I am not particularly brave or anything like that but I handle pain pretty well. I didn't watch them do my dermal though :P I just wanted it to be over with. It took two piercings from what I remember (I'm not sure how it even works) and each one hurt quite a bit, almost enough for me to start cussing out loud. I had to bite my lip!

I love piercings on other people although like I said earlier, I have kind of grown out of them. Yours looks wonderful and it really goes well on you. I don't know you personally but I imagine your piercings fit your personality rather well.

I had my 3 industrials for 10 months (took them out yesterday) and sleeping on them still wasn't possible, in fact it's still hard to right now because my ears are still sore.

Holy crap. I can't imagine having three! It was kinda funny that I waited until the industrial FINALLY healed and stopped hurting to remove it. It took a good six months to heal completely, and even then it would hurt from time to time. It definitely wasn't worth all of the trouble. It didn't even look that great to begin with.

I dunno how you managed three though!

I had one regular one on each ear and a vertical one on my right ear. I wish I'd taken photos now, I really miss them :( I'm playing with the bars as we speak lol.

I wouldnt really know.....I only had like 4 in my life.......plus you know shooting gets you high ;)

Haha this is true. Piercings only get you high if you're a masochist I suppose :P I'm not into physically hurting myself though so there was no rainbow or light at the end of the tunnel at the end of that experience for me 8) It just... hurt, and that was that.

yup same here........i let a drunk chick pierce the top of my ear but she tried to go throught the hard cartilage.....it took and hour and alot of booze and weed.....and I crushed two girls hands............they offered to hold my hand, not cuz im a sissy but she was going through a part of my ear that hurt like fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

Wow, that's intense. This is the only photo I have of mine up close save the ones I took while getting the actual piercing. Unfortunately those are on my other laptop and I haven't uploaded them to the internet yet. They're really cool though because each step of the piercing is documented. PS: That's a towel at my hairline, not some kind of weird hat ;)

I love the pain from piercings, it's a bit of a rush because you know how worthwhile it is.

That's how I find them anyway. Now I have a job again I can start getting new piercings and I can finally start my tattoo :)

Speaking of ear piercings, I let my tregis grow back for whatever reason despite loving the tiny stud I had in it. It STILL gets slightly infected to this day and it has been out for about three years now. I don't get it. It will get a little zit like thing on it, I'll pop it (I love popping zits, especially because I never get them so I'm one of the weird people who gets excited when I see one come up haha), and that will be that.

Oh well.

Also, the hole from my lip ring still hasn't closed despite the fact that nothing has been in it for a good seven months now. I stuck a 16g piercing in there the other day just for shits and giggles and it was still open somehow. It's really frustrating me because the keloid (that's what they're called, right?) is still pretty big. I had another lip ring in the middle for about a year and it healed so much better. The bump on the inside isn't that bad at all anymore, but then again I only had that particular piercing in for about a year whereas the other lip ring I had was in for several years.

Oh thank you darling!! Did I post that in here?? *looks* No, I didn't.
Here's the pic I assume 'posa is referring to?

Me, one of my sisters and my sister-in-law at my other sister's wedding; yes we were the bridesmaids and didn't just awkwardly turn up in the same outfit on the day =D

This may sound weird, but the woman in the middle, is her last name Sycoff? She looks almost exactly like someone I know.

^^ Nah mate, we're in Australia anyway, and I'm pretty sure you're in the US? I might be wrong though.
But anyway yeah, that's my sister in the middle, and my sister-in-law on the left :)

Here is m piercing.
I wanted to get a industrial with a really severe angle but my ear couldn't support it.
So they custom bent it and did this.
I really like it.
At least it is different than everyone else's.
I have smaller balls on it now so it doesn't stick out through my ear and it suits my ear size better.
