What breed is he, atm? He'd adorable. 
He is a British Labradoodle:D, a fairly new and not yet fully recognised breed which is a cross between a standard poodle and a labrador. Mine is an F2 in that he was bred from 2 first generation Labradoodles, not that I really care much about such things and never wanted to breed him.
He is 6 now, my daughter was 4 when we decided to get a dog and chose the breed because they are well know for their lack of aggression and low allergy potential. He is without doubt the friendliest dog I've ever know, a little too friendly at times but we love him all the same. He has never even so much as barked at another dog or person and to my knowledge has never growled in his whole life, does jump up though, something that we have never managed to train out of him.
We asked my daughter, before we got him what she would call a dog if we had one, she said if it was a girl she would call it Emily and if it was a boy she would call it Spoon, so Spoon it is

I did not know this! That's adorable :3.
Our awesome Ferrets. Booboo and Ferra. We got them from friends for free a couple years ago. They are very playful, hilarious to watch, they steal everything. The girl likes purple things for some reason. She has a favorite purple brush she habitually steals and hides. She also takes the plastic covers to the Wii controllers. The boy likes to cuddle in someone's lap and go to sleep. We had cats before, but they were such a pain for us, so we adopted them out. The ferrets are ideal for us. They are fun, and loving, and easily managed. They sleep in a large cage at night so they're not into stuff. We take them out during the day until bedtime. They'll play for a while, then go hide under a blanket and sleep for a bit, then back out to be sneaky. I never thought I'd love an animal like I love our ferrets. They're not allowed to die, ever. We recently added a third ferret this summer. A young female named Sasha. Ferrets do well in pairs, and the older two are showing their age. When one ferret dies, it is not uncommon for it's surviving friend to go into depression and refuse to eat. So we hope a third, and then a fourth (our planned max number) will help ease any transition like that.
