Yeah I thought that to, I don't know I guess it's the over whelming train rush choochoo feeling I get, and not to mention my throat feels all funny.. I don't like slaming coke anymore, to addictive, and hard as shit not to spend alot of money on it in a night.

Is this possible with orally administered drugs as well? Because every time I take adderall before I feel any psychic effects I always know when I'm coming up due to an unpleasant taste in my mouth that isn't even present when I take the pills in the first place.

i once had junkie tell me that he could taste the drug when he injects at first i didnt believe him but then another junkie told me the same thing so it must be true it definetly is a weird thing as it goes in the arm and they taste at the tongue

I don't understand how it would be so hard to believe...you're injecting a substance directly into your bloodstream, which is then circulated through your body (ie tongue) en route to the brain.

Zopiclone is the one your thinking of I think Jamshyd, it never left a taste in my mouth, but a lot of people complain of it doing so.

Not an antipsychotic though, you could be thinking of ziprasidone though.

I taste that bad taste event if I put the thing in my ass ... but I am on zolpiclone for life until a better sleep aid get prescribed to me. And it is weird that it is still present the day after...

I know it is slightly of topics but I am pretty sure that there is no taste bud in my ass !

Hell, whenever one is given a flush with 0.9% saline solution, theres a minor sweet taste.

I HAVE never gotten taste from IVing...or IMing for that matter. I HAVE IV'd black tar H and morphine a few times, K several times, and a few other things. Nearly every time I was paying attention to any taste I might taste. Nothing. My GF has done the above things and didn't report any taste either.

I had about a year long stint with IV black tar, and it wasn't until the last few months that I was using that I started to notice a taste. It just happened one time and then after that it was always there...not a very pleasant one at that I might add.

if your tolerance wasn't high then you likely didn't inject enough to get a taste. Heroin seems more subtle than say DPT (ime).

Good point. I did a decent amount for not being an opiate user but nothing compared to what I've seen done.

Out of all the drugs ive IV'd(meth, morphine, oxy, ritalin, MDPV, Doxylamine succinate and midazolam) the only one of them that I get a taste with is meth and I know its not that I havent done enough of the drugs because ive shot alot of the above mentioned drugs cept MDPV and still no taste. I always get the taste with meth too no matter how much I do.

I wish I got a taste from opiates, that would make it alot nicer but maybe not coz I like the taste of meth whereas I dont much like the taste of opiates. Im yet to IV H though so maybe im in for a surprise.

I always thought the taste came from your lungs and thats always what ive read, this is the first time ive ever heard of the taste coming from your tongue. I still think its mostly in the lungs because I get the taste strongly when I breathe out and I always time it so I breathe out just as the rush is coming on and I get the strongest taste, if I hold my breathe I dont seem to get much of a taste at all. Also I dont get much of a taste if I leave the tourniquet on which I sometimes used to do when my veins were screwed.

Sorry to say so, but the above post is complete nonsense. For my sake, grill me for that comment, but that wouldn't change anything...
