One question but where is Eaglehawk neck?? Is this near Launnie or Hobart?? Im trying to organise a crew from NW so if you can offer any more directions it would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is a small map that might help.
Eaglehawk neck is a narrow section of land near Port Arthur.
Just head towards Port Arthur and you should be right. I'm from Launceston so I don't really know where to go either. It shouldn't be too hard to find.
Only directions I got were:
Eaglehawk neck in the big shed (Pass the eaglehawk cafe and go up "Pirates Rd on the left and follow the signs)
And according to the internet, the Eaglehawk cafe can be found:
Arthur Highway - Eaglehawk Neck
Just 400m past Blowhole Turnoff
Notice the heavy rope on the blue balcony
So find that and it should be easy enough to find the shed.

I was really excited about it but have stuffed my ankle so its just too far away to go. I cant believe how unlucky i am!! 8(
I was really looking forward to meeting u guys... oh well hopefully i'll make it to the next one.
Will deffinately go to Earthcore cos i've got my tickets so let me know if anybody else keen.
Anyway like i said hope u have a gr8 nite!!

Unfortunately I won’t be going either. After being excited for weeks about it I have to give it a miss as I have to work on Sunday. Most of my friends have bailed as well for various reasons. Hope that they get a good turnout and it goes well.

i think everyone was 'planning' to go to eagle hawk just so much stuff got in the way... did anyone end up going hope it was ok, was right in the middle of my exam period so i didnt have a chance of making it... hope it went well for them otherwise they migth not do another... yeh if anyone did go would love to know how it went,...

I think word or mouths hard in tas and if u dont have ur own car public transports a real let down which is a bummer cos tasie could have so much going for it.
