Opioids tapentadol??

I found a pill in a parking lot yesterday and looked it up, its called tapentadol, apparently its a schedule 2 narcotic pain reliever. i was just wondering if there would be any recreational value from a 75 mg pill. thanks

It's in some way similar to tramadol in pharmacodynamics because aside its agonism at MOR it also blocks noradrenaline reuptake. It's stronger than tramadol but still it's weak so you can bet your life such a low dose won't get you high.

The only TR on erowid suggests that an opiate-naive person should experience recreational effects at around 100mg. The subject would catch a nod on 40mg oxycodone and dosed tapentadol at 150mg.

75mg with no tolerance = nod, no question. 75mg with a mild/medium tolerance and less than .1g of cannabis made me nod out. Try cutting it in half? Then take the other half 30 mins later if you don't feel anything.

answered. There are a couple threads on this if you will search, if you need more info. Like you said, it is a CII Narcotic analgesic, whether you will feel euphoria from it depends on your tolerance.
