Tapentadol and pills that gel up

I have some 100mg tapentadol and I’m trying to plug them. Only problem is that they gel up. Is there anyway to bipass this? I’ve plugged the gel and it works but tweaked forever to hit and I feel like I’m wasting a lot of it. I can’t snort them because I think they would gel up in my nose. Any way to bypass the gelling so I can plug it more efficiently? Any information on pills that gel up should be useful.

I would take them orally but the bioavailability is like 30%
