tanning beds

I pay $60 a month and go 3-4 times a week for 15-30 min sessions (depends on bed I use).

30 min sessions? Are you trying to get skin cancer for a medical cannabis script or something? Seriously you spend up to 2 hours a week in a tanning bed? Man I don't personally advocate that at all, in fact I find it downright retarded.

We got different strength beds and reddening vs bronzing. Bronzing you can stay under longer as it's UV-B radiation vs UV-A from reddening. I generally spend about an hour and a half per week in a bed sometimes less when using an intense bed or if I spent a bunch of time outside that day. The states have a pretty tight regulation on tanning if you don't purposely try to work around the system the department of health set up.

I worked at a tanning salon for 1.5 years and I loved it. Easiest job in the world + free tans! Tanning is so relaxing and it did help clear some of my skin. I just bought a package the other day because chi town weather can't make up its mind and I need sun. The only thing is I work with a lady who is 53 and has multiple basal cell skin cancers removed from her because she use to hard core tan in high school so i get yelled at work from her if she knows I tanned. Not trying to preach, but just keep it in moderation and it's so hard for me too because I feel so relaxed, motivated, and happy after a tan session.

4 mins 2x per week is plenty for me, more than enough

After 4 mins Monday and 4 mins Thursday my acne/dry skin is almost non-existant plus a bit of colour on the face :)

You can, I got 230 minutes for 30 quid... 13p per minute lol.

I live here, I pay nothing.....
