Heroin Tan powdered heroin (doesnt tar up) in CA - legit? (with pics)

In my time smoking H in Southern Cali, ive only come across black tar. I've gotten powdery shit too, but it always turns to tar when you breathe on it or its exposed to moisture / pressure. This shit is more of a fine, tan-colored powder and doesn't tar up at all. It kind of bubbles and runs like tar when smoked on foil.

I'm wondering if this is some dope that is more commonly found in other areas, or if it;s some straight bullshit. It has kind of a standard burnt-ish taste when smoked, but a bit different than the tar I'm used to. I've only tried a bit of it, but my friends have been smoking it and it appears the consensus is that its "whatever" in quality, but I'm more paranoid about the shit that I smoke I guess, having read so much about people using fentanyl and other cuts and this is like nothing I've seen before in my area.

That looks and runs very much like The sort of gear we get in europe. It's ok It works. Interesting, european mediocrity reaches CA.Be aware , if u or your friends are thinking of IV 'ing this that it needs to b cooked with an acid to get into solution. Ascorbic acid (vit C) works fine. At a pinch citric acid,but that can sting/burn.
 
no one in the UK snorts it they either smoke or IV it. smoking it tastes a bit shitty and can make you a bit nauseous
 
We don't allow threads speculating about the purity of drugs based on photos or descriptions. Get it lab tested or buy a test kit.
