Perhaps, there is no way to tell purity just by color, get a lab analysis or try a small amount and see
 
This is Ecstasy Discussion, I'll move this to a more appropriate forum for you- with any drug, the only was to assure contents is reagent testing.
 
We don't do substance ID's here at Bluelight.

There is also no way for us to tell you what the substance in question actually is even if we did.
