Tamadol and Soma

Hey guys. I just took 300 mgs of tramadol and 700 mgs of soma. I heard the combination is supposed to be good but I don't know the doses.I'm new to soma but I've been using tramadol for a couple years now. I can take up to 1200 mgs of tramadol a day. I took 4 soma yesterday,1400 mgs, and it knock me out for about 18 hours. I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out with this. Thanks!

I'm not really sure what advice you're looking for.
Everyone's body composition is different, and so what works for one, may not do much for another.
I've enjoyed that combination before, though.
I've found that 200 mg tram/ 700 mg. carisoprodol has gifted me a pretty relaxing afternoon or two.
My only advice would be to start small/slow..you'll find what dosages work for whatever effects you're looking to achieve.
Maybe taking the soma would enable you to lower your tram dose? That's always good. There's always a risk with tramadol,
even for long term users.
I'm sure someone will come along soon with a better answer than mine. Just take it easy with anything new!

I only take Tramadol if I have Soma or a benzo. Tramadol by itself is lousy to me. Ive taken 100mgs of Tramadol with 350mgs of Soma & enjoyed the experience. I try not to over do it with meds.

Both drugs do lower your seizure threshold esp. in higher doses. I wouldn't combine much Soma with your tramadol if you do because Soma is very fickle in its effects, and 350 mg should suffice with no tolerance. Also, in general, with tramadol doses above 400 mg/day are notorious for lowering the seizure threshold significantly, though any dose will to a certain degree. Just something to keep in mind.
