I was wondering if there is another antihistamine similar to the one that was used along with pentazocine in the past that's OTC? I have a box of 'fortal', which is pentazocine without naloxone so I'd like to try the infamous T's and blues.

Cheers :)

^Oh, but I was thinking of, you know... Taking it via another RoA. Or doesn't it work that way?

Do you know any that are similar? (tripelennamine is the name of the antihistamine in question btw.)

But why is IV'ing pharm grade injectable antihistamines dangerous?

Some antihistamines such as Promethazine and Hydroxyzine are known to cause tissue damage when injected intravenously. Promethazine ampoules even have a black box warning about the dangers of IV use (I believe).

As far as something close in effect to Tripelennamine.. That's got me beat. From what I gather its not only a first generation H1 antihistamine, but it also has DRI properties, which make it more 'euphoric' than standard antihistamines (not to mention that it has basically no anticholinergic action)..
