Taking two small (40-50 mg) doses of MDMA two nights in a row... is it okay??

My female friend got a new batch of MDMA and last night we tested it out, having about 40-50 mg each. We had a relaxing, light roll. She called me up and asked if I would like to have another 40-50 mg, light dose, because we liked the empathetic effects and didn't necessarily want to waste a whole dose on a night at home.
Is this OK? Is this a bad idea? I did a standard, 120 mg dose of MDMA about a month ago. I have not done MDMA prior to that. Will I be OK if I do it again, and will I roll again? I am not planning on doing MDMA for a few months after doing it this time.
 
You'll be perfectly fine... all though you're not going to get much out of it. I wouldnt imagine you got much out of the first time.

Just double up, take at least 100mg. If you're gonna do it, you might as well do it.
 
As I understand it your first dose will cause the brain to dump a load of serotonin.

Allowing enough time ie 12+ hours this serotonin gets metabolized and destroyed. Once your at this point your reserve is now low. This is the time when you are vulnerable for long term damage if you take more.

The exact science behind this I am a little flakey on I need to do more research. I suspect it will involve metabolites and enzymes. However, redose the following day is never a good plan.

When ever I have redosed on following days I could always feel the come down much harder and was always frazzled for weeks after.

The process of rebuilding now comes into play. Some say it takes 3 months personally I would advise 6 months for full recovery.

In regards to low dosing the first day and then taking the following day its an interesting question.

The risk of long term damage is reduced because of your dose. I suspect as the dose is so low you will be okay but for future reference I would agree with Funkay and said you would be safer doing 100mG in one night and not doing a two night of 50mG.

It would be good if someone else could chime in and give a bit more of an in depth explaination about the cautions against redose on repeat days.

I would be interested to know more behind the theory myself.
