Taking Suboxone today after Methadone yesterday.

I took methadone yesterday and it's been a day since than. I'm wondering if it'd be alright to take suboxone now or would it cause precipitated withdrawal? The half life of Methadone is like 24 hours so I probably have some Methadone still in my system. Anyone with experience have an answer?
 
There is a chart online with how long the minimum wait times after a certain opiate to take suboxone that I remember see in the summer when I was doing this.

Honestly, ur best bet is to wait for w/d. do u know if u metabolism methadone quickly.
