Taking Suboxone; emergency pain relief?

I am currently on 16 mg bupe(suboxone) daily, and have been taking suboxone for about 6 weeks (tapering up from 8 mg during the first week). What would happen if I suddenly, urgently needed strong pain medication?(perhaps because of a car accident, or for recently-broken bones/limbs, gunshot, etc.) Are there opiates that an ambulance can give me that have a higher affinity than buprenorphine or other medications which block pain effectively? Or would I just have to just suffer, and maybe take a higher dose of suboxone to help slightly more with the pain? And I did make sure to UTFSE before making this thread.

dont quote me, but i have heard that there is a medicine they can give you to basically counteract the sub and make it stop working, so i assume they would just give you that and then pump u full of opies.

ER docs can be such assholes though. You sure they wouldn't try to give him toradol or some other such shite?
