Misc taking something orally after eating food

i ate some mxe recently after i had a huge dinner and it took alot longer to hit and it also never hit very strong, and usually i fry for a few good hours from 50 mg orally.

do you know how long one should generally wait to take something orally if they have recently eaten? i hear it takes several hours to digest, but only about 45 minutes for the food to leave your stomach and enter the intestine. does anyone know for sure on this subject? im sure alot of people are only somewhat sure on this
 
I usually wait four hours after my last meal before dosing orally, then eating 20 minutes later to help it absorb by emptying stomach contents for food.

2 hours after eating is the absolute least amount of time you should wait, though, before orally dosing.
