Was just wondering if taking ritalin as it is prescribed to me a few days before a concert would negate the roll? The concert isn't for 2 weeks but I'm worried taking it even this far in advance might cancel it out. Not taking it isn't really a big deal i'll just have to put more concentration into getting work done.

I would think you just have to worry about the shared tolerance between the two of them. Otherwise I don't think a prescribed dosage will interfere all that much.

as long as you're taking it at the dosage prescribed (assuming your doc knows what he/she's doing) there shouldnt be any problems since Ritalin works with Dopamine and not Serotonin.

MDMA does have some affinity for DAT and NERT, you might feel overstimulated and uncomfortable to say the least

If you don't go overboard with the ritalin, you should be alright. Although there have been reports from people who've been taking ritalin for while that their roll was a little less intense.

You should be all right though. I don't think a regular dose of ritalin will make you feel overstimulated and uncomfortable especially if you already have a tolerance to stims.

I stop taking my MPH at least two days before I roll.
I find that the MPH does in fact dampen the experience a bit.

Yea, but dopamine release is just as important as serotonin release when it comes to having a good roll.

This.
Also, try using the search engine, there have been many other threads on this subject that can provide more information.
