Opioids Taking pharma opioids while on 7-oh

Hey y’all. Can’t find much information on this unfortunately. Since 7-oh binds so tightly with MU-receptors, it seems to have some kind of dulling/blocking effect on other opioids. But how much of that is blocking, and how much of that is just having an absurd tolerance? Going 12 hours without 7-oh is easy for me, so the initial overlap isn’t an issue for me. Tolerance is. Does anyone know what the MME of 7-oh would be? Obviously it’s not 1:1 as a particial agonist, but what’s a vague outline? I take ~50-100mg at a time and total around 300-500mg a day. I’ve been looking to try some dilaudid but don’t want to waste a bunch. Does anyone have experience using pharma opioids with 7-oh tolerance? Is it even possible?

From the time 7OH did come around ivenit used any other opies but earlier years with kratom I couldn’t get a proper high with real opiates. Also for 7OH tolerance I need to come off at least 4-5 days for the tolerance to drop a little

Interesting. I think it’s probably mostly a blocking effect similar to subs because mitragynine and 7-oh are high affinity partial agonists. Thankfully 7-oh has a super short half life, so getting it cleared out of your system is easy. It’s just the actual tolerance element I’m curious about because there’s no real MME for 7-oh. Hard to say if 100mg of 7-oh is equivalent to 30 or 300mg morphine.
