taking MDMA while on Topimax ( 75mg)

hi,

currently on Topimax for treatment with an ED. I am looking forward to going out and taking some mdma( i go out maybe once every 3 months) but wanting to make sure there are no serious drug interactions?

has anyone taken the two? or have knowledge ?

I've been researching online but haven't found anything too too similar to my situation yet.

any information would be appreciated !

The topiramate would negate the effects of the MDMA. I'm going to move this thread.

Anti-convulsants and MDMA don't mix. I'd think that the most likely scenario with that particular drug combination would be a reduction in the seizure threshold and possibly some over-stimulation but certainly nothing recreational or fun.

Edit: A quick search actually showed a study where they found that Topamax blocked MDMA and a number of people saying that amphetamine doesn't even work. I wouldn't waste my time.
