Taking MDMA after 4-AcO-DMT

Hey, I found a thread about taking 4-AcO after MDMA but not vice-versa.

I took a standard 15mg does of 4-AcO-DMT last night and was wondering if I would be in good shape serotonin-wise for taking MDMA tomorrow. So that's only a 2 day gap. I don't want to take my MDMA only to find out my serotonin is spent. I know 4-Aco-DMT metabolizes into psilocin which does have some effect on serotonin receptors, but I'm still not positive on the effects or if I will have recovered in time.

I am also on a piracetam regimen, so that should help to a degree if the 4-AcO did end up affecting me negatively.

Well 4-AcO-DMT is basically the same as shrooms, and the anwser for that is, you CAN do it, and will probably still have a good roll, but if you waited another day or two Im sure it would be a stronger, funner roll

So you can do it, but its better to wait longer

I have been waiting over four months for this roll, so I'm a little disappointed to hear it won't be as strong. I wish I wasn't so impatient about taking that 4-AcO.
Any second opinions or confirmations?
 
I don't think 4-AcO-DMT's serotonin activity is enough to make your roll less strong, I would go for it, but keep in mind that one should not intoxicate himself that often.
 
Reporting back.

I had a relatively weak roll. No aspects of it were particularly gone. Just overall it was mild. I wouldn't be quick to blame this on the 4-AcO, as there could be many other variables. Even though the MDMA was tested I might have not taken enough (90 mg), and it was freezing cold outside.
 
^IME, temperature doesn't really effect the quality of the experience.
Unless you're really bothered by cold weather (to the point that it affects your mindset) that probably wasn't it.

Your MDMA was most likely cut, almost all molly is to some degree. That 90mgs was probably more like 60 or maybe even less... thats most likely why you didnt roll hard


reagent testing can only tell what chemicals are in a sample, not the amount or purity
 
Ya know I bet you're right Folley. I kinda was hoping it wasn't cut too much considering it was big chunky moonrocks. Next time I'll weigh out more. And next time no 4-AcO two nights before. MDMA is too special to me to take chances with my serotonin.
