Most likely not, but it's a pretty stupid idea. Assuming you took enough loperamide that enough would cross the BBB and induce intoxication is not likely at all at such a high dosage of buprenorphine. If shooting a bag of heroin doesn't break through that dosage of buprenorphine, than I highly doubt loperamide would, chemically related to fentanyl or not.
You can usually dose a full agonist on top of a low dose of suboxone(ie 2mg and under) 12hours later, and not have precipitated withdrawal the next. You can definately take a break off of suboxone and do your doc for about two days and not experience precipitated withdrawals (especially if your at such a high dose of suboxone). For me it would usually be when I've dropped the suboxone and started shooting a bundle of dope a day for about three days, that I would have to worry about the precipitated withdrawal. I don't know why it works this way, but I'm guessing it has to do with the suboxone losing its grip on your receptors after a certain amount of time, the full agonist keeping those receptors filled to avoid withdrawal, and maybey creating new receptors too, so after a certain period of time you've got less buprenorphine on your receptors and more of a full agonist attached, so the transition then becomes harder to deal with than if you took a one day break, as you'd still have a Lot of bupe attached.
