taking hydrocodone after taking oxycodone.

I've been taking about 15-30mg of oxycodone everyday for about a week. And I just slammes half of a 30. So about 15mg and it gave me a good rush and I am still high. So that means my tolerance is still low. A few months back there was no way even a whole 30mg would get me high. So now that my tolerance has dropped to where 15mg works I was hopng these vicodin I got would actually work too. They are just the 5mg ones but I got 12 of em and I figured if I did a CWE on at least 10 of em. That they should get me high. What do you guys think. ?
 
Oxycodone and hydrocodone are nearly equipotent in my opinion, the hydros just don't smack you the same way. After CWE you'll have roughly 45 mg of hydrocodone. You should be able to get a little buzz going, not as much euphoria as you would like though I assume.
 
hydrocodone will definitely have a different high but with a CWE, leaving roughly 45mg like entheo said,you will have a nice high going on. Your plan should work wonderfully, just don't fuck up the CWE ;) Have fun be safe.
 
Well for fear of fucking of CWE since I've never done it. I just popped 6 of em. So 60mg all together. Prolly not good to take that much tylenol at once lol. Whatever 6x325mg is. But one taken a lot more ibprophen and tylenol at once before and was fine. But anyways. 60mg should get me a nice buzz goin. I don't wanna be too high like I would be if I took like 60mg of oxycodone so the smaller high from the hydros should do the job just fine. Thanks for the help peeps.

Oh and btw, what is the difference between hydrocodone and oxycodone. I've heard some say hydros were s lil less potent then oxycodone and some say it was close to the same. But I just don't really get the difference between 5mg of oxy and 5mg of hydro. Someone care to enlighten me please lol.
 
It's a max of 4000ng a day but I wouldn't do 2000 a sitting omg

Physicians routinely prescribes doses up to 2 grams of APAp at once for a period of 1-2 weeks. It's not going to be hepatoxic if you don't repeat it frequently.

I'm sure this only happens when the benefits clearly out weigh the risks...
 
The risk is the same in either case though. Taking it in conjunction with an opiod does not change the fact that your body can tolerate very high doses for a short period of time. And of course the OP will not be doing this for weeks at a time, so regardless of your personal opinion, the medical community believes it to be reasonable dose. APAP is actually muh safer than an NSAID to take at high doses, so in reality it's not necessary to do a CWE at a low dose. You'll end up losing more of the opiod than you think.
 
The hydrocodone might get you high now, but considering you had a previously higher tolerance it won't be long before your tolerance is back to what it used to be if you continue to use somewhat regularly. Once you develop a tolerance it takes so much less time for your tolerance to increase compared to the first time.

I find 20mg of oxycodone to be about the same as 30-35mg of hydrocodone. Everybody is different but almost everybody finds oxycodone to be stronger than hydrocodone because, well, it is.
 
Yeah I would say that it is more intense bu for analgesia it nearly equipotent. Maybe like 1.3-1 oxy to hydro. I enjoy oxycodone much more but the subject effects aren't all that should be taken into account. It's a highly debated issue, but generally oxy is considered to be much better.
