Taking ecstasy that is 'twice as strong as a adage' for first time?

My friend is selling me a pill of ecstasy, that is supposedly twice as strong as most in the area. This friend can be trusted, but I have a few concerns about wither or not it would be wise for me to take this.

First of all, I have never took ecstasy before, and furthermore, am quite inexperienced with stimulant drugs, should I take half, all of it, or maybe even a quarter, then wait and redose according to how I feel?

secondly, I know that almost all ecstasy in this area, is not MDMA, however my friend assures me that this is MDMA, I am cautious, especially as my friend has almost no regard for his own health, and would take ecstasy, knowing it is PMA. And no, I cannot access a test kit.

Lastly, would it be safe for someone whom has a history of heart problems, as I know MDMA and alike substances, increase heart rate. I have took drugs that increase heart rate before, and have not been affected atall, but I'm unsure if MDMA might be more harsh.

This may be slightly more off topic, but if I take it, I will likely snort half of whatever amount I take, as I have found this to work with other substances. However I can not bare the drip of adderall, which is supposedly quite tame, and I have read the MDMA drip is really bad, and painful.
So does anyone have any tips for both, reducing the pain felt snorting in general, and the taste of the drip?

I mean, If this is the case then it is just not safe for you to use MDMA. Sorry. You know test kits are legal and you can buy them online, right?

I'm afraid there are so many things wrong with this situation. Your safety cannot be guaranteed if you don't test your drugs. It seems clear that your friend's testimony can't be trusted. It cannot be guaranteed that using MDMA will be safe with your history of heart problems. I do not understand why you want to snort it - it will be painful and bad-tasting, there is no way around that.

I'm afraid the only tip I feel is appropriate is that you at least wait until such time as you have access to a test kit before you try MDMA. Though I suppose if you feel you must try this unknown pill, then you should take just half of it, not the whole thing.
 
I agree that his statement should not be trusted, and I don't trust it, however I have a friend who stays in the city adjacent to me, and he has access to testing kits, there are some real E pills out right now, and I'd like to believe this could be one of them.
Also the heart issues, are nothing major, and it's not clear if I even have the issue, I get checked every 7 years, last being a year ago, and I was all clear.

I was under the impression that snorting had stronger effects, compared to taken orally?
no head shops in my area sell test kits btw, and I cannot order them online.
 
op, there are so many red flags in your post. i would advise you to not take this pill.

What gave you this impression? AFAIK it's not the case or not worth the discomfort.
 
Your friend/dealer is talking rubbish and as he has little to no regard on his life, he probably has none for yours. Real MDMA will not increase your heart rate like adderal or stimulants - but your not testing and you have no idea what your talking so why risk it.

If it is a pill what is the name of the pill? Can you find the stamp on Pillreport.net or Ecstasydata.org - these may give you an indication of what other pills with that stamp contain (dose wise).
 
This sounds like a bad idea waiting to happen. Test kit minimum. After that dosage should be considered. Listen to Bearlove and atleast get a rough idea of the mg depending of what kind of stamp is on the tab.
 
Anyone with the Internet and a debit card can access a test kit. Don't take anything until you've tested it. At least have a look on PillReports or EcstasyData for the type of pill you've acquired and see if there is any information about it? Snorting MDMA is not a suitable route of administration either, the duration of effects will be shorter, less pleasant or 'full', and it will be very painful.
