Taking E cause sexual dysfunction/side effects after roll is over? One time usage?

SWIM is 29 years old, and is planning on taking E this weekend. SWIM has taken E 5-6 other times in the past, but this was over 8 years ago.

SWIM and SWIM's wife are worried that MDMA may cause permanent sexual side effects (not getting hard/erection). SWIM isn't worried about sexual performance while on E, but sexual performance after the roll has finished. Does this happen from E? Has anyone had this experience?
 
mdma doesnt cause permanent sexual disfunction, but it may trigger some anxiety that might prevent you from performing. dont think too much about it, just relax and go with the flow

true. not everyone is the same. but mdma doesnt cause any permanent physical/mental damage with responsible use, unless they were predisposed to certain psychological conditions. then mdma may worsen those conditions

when you're on it it can happen. we in the medical profession refer to it as panda dick. i think on the comedown the opposite should happen.
