Taking E after you just ate?

Eh I used to always roll on an empty stomach I don't do that anymore a nice small or medium size nutritious meal before rolling might delay the onset of your 'come-up' yes, but I have a high metabolism and it doesn't bother me one bit. Hell sounds weird but I've been known to eat while I'm rolling.
 
i like to start of rolling on a full stomach, as chance are you wont eat for awhile!

Just eat 2-3 hours before, no more, no less. You don't need to fast, or wait until you're hungry to drop. Trust me, you will get the most out of your pills that way. You won't peak very hard on a full stomach... Which is by far the best part of the roll.

Everyone is different. As I said I used to eat before I would roll and I would roll just as hard if not harder than when I wouldn't eat. Don't say you will barely peak bc that's just not true. Maybe for you but not everyone is like you.

Well ya obviously everybody eats different amounts, because we're all different. But eating less than two hours before rolling is wasteful regardless. Your stomach breaks things down faster on an empty stomach. It's scientific fact regardless of who you are. You can't tell me a scientific fact is different from person to person ... science ...

The only excuse for eating is if you have a sensitive stomach for some reason. If thats not the case, you're wasting pills. Can you explain a logical reason that ANYBODY's stomach would break a pill down faster on a full stomach? Dropping on full stomach will prolong the comeup regardless. I suggest waiting 2-3 hours after eating next time, and see the difference ;) 2 hours for a light meal, 3 if you really pig out. That's how long it takes to clear most of the food. Your.stomach shouldn't be so empty that when burp you can't taste what you had earlier, but if you are eating right before, you ARE wasting pills. It goes for ALL pills.

i have an extremely high metabolism, so for me, it doesnt matter whether i eat or not, its all digesting fast. i abused for 4 years, and tried both ways, sometimes didnt eat all day because i rolled the night before. eating never affects me in any way. some people are different. i have eaten, then taken a pill right after, and still rolled just as hard and just as fast as everyone there. i know my body, you dont stop saying its a waste when its clearly person to person

In the future, avoid carbs...stick to protein.

I find myself not agreeing with this advice. The reason is that a carb meal will push up your serotonin level (which is why you feel sleepy after eating carbs) a protein meal does not have this effect to the same degree.
For the maximum effect from your carb meal, time it so that it is about 2 hours before you roll.

This is what I agree with. Even with the fastest metabolism 2 hours after eating is optimal
I think a balanced meal of carbs& protein is best. Unless beforehand u get major munchies and eat until you feel like barfing, then a litt.le longer is better. You want some. Traces of food inyour stomach, but not too much obviously. I think most important factor determining timd is the AMOUNT. Eaten... light meal~ 1 hour. Medium 2. Heavy where u feel really really stuffed- 3 hours. You certainly don't want to fast, but eating a oversized meal right before will kill the roll...
 
Who likes vomiting and nausea on mdma? Not me so i eat. Im not looking to roll harder or longer i preload big for that. I highly recomend trying that to all the skinny pre drop munchers.

It's true brother. I guess that's why I always vomit when I double drop good pills. But then again, if you can handle the momentary upset, IMO it can be worth it after the vomit. But I also lose muscle mass too, from not eating :\ If you can eat small snack like a little 99 cent bag of chips, that's probably a good idea. But look at it like a 150-250 calorie snack, not a 1000 calorie meal. OJ is always good to keep metabolism burning, lots of sugar and vitamin C. Just my opinion though...

If i dont eat within an hour of dropping or right after i feel sick and weak and especially horrible the next day. I notice most really really skinny people agree. Ive not eaten before and ended up losing 10 lbs in one night, wich is horrible!
So i eat.

i agree .. if i dont eat something at least 2 hours before (something light ) my tummy feels soooo upset the next day its a weird empty feeling ... and i always lose a few pounds if i roll alot , and i am also skinny :)
i always try to eat before tho wait till the food settles down well and then pop off
i also avoid spices or seasoned food it gives me acid reflex so i eat like a sub ham and cheese... i once had chinesse food before rolling and HORRIBLE i was burping up fried rice alll night ewwwff:o
