taking dxm day after mdma experience, ok?

I've read mixing the two is bad and even dxm them mdma can be bad due to potential seritonin syndrome. But what about taking dxm a day after a experience with mdma? Safe? Unsafe? Swim usually takes 280mg to 450 depending.

You should be fine. I have done upwards around 600mg just 24 hours after rolling, and the effects were exactly the same to say the least, and physically I felt perfectly fine. In fact most of the time I was thinking about all the things I thought about rolling. Kind of like a reinforcement of the profound realizations I came up with while rolling, if that makes any sense...
