It's a ton of cash yeah, but how many of us have blown that on a bender? Me for one, plenty of times (shudder). If you really love an artist and it's a once in a lifetime type chance then those kinda experiences can be priceless. Something is as valuable as what someone wishes to pay, so it's subjective.

You could consider not getting totally off yer face so you'll have better memories of the event maybe, at that price gotta be able to remember it eh. I've often found less is more in a live mujsic setting (but have of course also gone the opposite route once or thirty-odd times...but often regretted if later if it becomes more about the droogz than the sounds

they were pretty good live for 3 years or so iirc, in that basic way of theirs like but good energy and party nevertheless, and funny

have never seen them live in person though, apart from drinking at a nearby table to Liam and some of their roadies in a dive club in Cardiff once (they'd been playing in the city)

No wonder Liam's vocals sounded surprisingly good!

Yeah I wasnt paying much attention to what they looked like, was mainly just listening while doing other things.

Although tbf I dont think Liam has aged badly at all, but just gonna stop there before i keep digging myself into a hole lol.

They're the only two places they won't check. In my experience keeping them anywhere else is taking an unnecessary risk leaving yourself open to potentially getting your stash confiscated and getting thrown out after paying a fortune for the ticket and however much you've spent on the stash

tbh the show is much better than I'd expected it to be

LG sounds ok to me, he's never gonna sound like 30 years ago but was as good/better than expected (in first show anyway...it's quite a safe bet that his voice will get steadily worse as the tour progresses tho, only question is 'how quickly?' ). NG also sounding good on lead guitar too, but fuck knows why they didn't get a better drummer for this tour, he sounds robotic, very poor. All in all though I was surprised how good they sounded (and I'm not a fan, I like a couple songs though) and I reckon that @new2drugs is gonna enjoy himeslf

Am sure the manchester shows will be a laugh
