Taking Codeine after Tramadol?

Alright, yesterday I enjoyed a very nice Tramadol high with the dosing spaced out a few hours apart.

I wrote down the exact time and dosages to make sure I didn't go above 400mg. Here's when/how much I did.

2:40pm - 150 mg IR Oral
5:00pm - 100mg IR Plugged
6:15pm - 100mg IR Plugged
8:50pm - 50mg IR Oral
10:00pm - 100mg IR Oral

Alright, that was yesterday/last night, and it's now 4:32pm, so it's been over 18 hours since my last dose. Also, the "IR" means Instant Release since I was crushing timed release tablets, making them into very fine power and mixing them in water.

I feel like taking around 500-600mg Codeine (Yes, I have a high Codeine tolerance). Would it be safe or would this increase the seizure risks (if there even are any anymore)?

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advanced.

I've already taken such doses, and I think that if you are tolerant it is not really dangerous... but it's not really safe, neither. I just don't think you will die, if that is the question.

Shouldn't it be safe considering it's now been 19 hours since my last dose of Tramadol?
Also, I didn't think that Codeine lowered the seizure threshold, does it?

You will be safe. I don't believe Codeine lowers the seizure threshold but you don't need to worry about seizures. You took just 400mg and that was 19 hours ago.

Thank you, that's all I needed to clear my mind. That's exactly what I thought, but I still like to get a second opinion that agrees with mine to put my mind at ease.

Also, it's been 20 hours now so I know I'm in the clear.
