Taking codeine after subutex help

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me if it is ok to go back to taking 2x30mg DHC dyhydrocodeine 4x a day having been on subs for 3 weeks? I'm currently on 3mg subutex but I'm getting breakthrough spinal pain. I don't want to continue with subutex anymore.
Thus:
How long do I wait?/do I have to wait?
Will I go into precipitated withdrawals?

no, you only risk precipitated withdrawals going from a full opiate agonist to subs.

the other way around should be fine, except you may find the subutex have raised your tolerance, and the dihydrocodeine may be less effective switching back to it.

Will I be ok taking my loperamide again too?

yep, but just don't take huge doses of loperamide, as it can cause heart problems
