Benzos Taking benzo on FULL STOMACH

Take a shit! Relax dont rush it, grab a book. Lay the benzos on the floor for inspiration. Coffee helps dont watch the rubbish that caffine effects the benzo, its rubbish IMO.

Sublingual is the best way to go. It kills anxiety so much faster. You get use to the taste. I even like the taste of Xanax now.

the only drawback for myself with sublingual dosing is the shorter duration with some benzos. valium is one example for myself.

I certainly don't have this problem, although I don't use diazepam. Alprazolam is eliminated faster SL by 0.1 hours vs oral, which is not something I would consider statistically significant.

yeah i'm probably an anomaly, it just seems shorter for me. in reality it's probably because i dose a lot less when using this way - it's no exactly that efficient throwing 10 pills under the tongue for a while where you're likely to swallow some in the end whereas when taking the same amount orally it's all down there in one go.

If your SLing a bunch of pills it's best to pulverize them or put it into a concentrated solution.

yeah i know. but it's better and easier to just swallow 50mg of valium rather than having that much powder sitting under ya tongue, ya know? oral valium hits me extremely quick anyway.

there's a certain generic available over here which dissolve really well under the tongue, though.

Yeah they market SL versions of alprazolam, clonazepam, lorazepam, and diazepam, if not more.

oh these aren't designed for SL use, they just breakdown real easy with the touch of water/saliva.

The kind of benzodiazepines I sublingual weren't designed for SL use either, but they work better SL than oral, even if only by a fraction, the difference in onset is essential for me.

onset of action ain't too concerning for me. as long as they kick in and deliver the desired results i'm a happy go lucky druggy
