Opioids Taking a PPI and snorting loperamide to cross BBB

i know loperamide doesn't enter the brain oraly, but would taking a protien pump inhibitor and snorting it after a half hour(so the ppi has time to take effect) allow loperamide to enter the brain?

the nasal membrane does have the enzymes that prevent loperamide from entering the brain, but not nearly as much as the gut so the ppi should stop them pretty well and snorting will also allow it to enter the brain easier.

would this work?

*my interest in this is to establish how good of an opiate loperamide would be if it could cross the BBB. i heard it is related to fentanyl, and i want to see how it's euphoric and analgesic effects would compare to other opiates(codeine, oxycodone, morphine, methadone).

Think about it like this, IF lopermide was similar to fentanyl just in terms of dosage, would you want to go around dosing unknown amounts?

Eyeballing a dose of fentanyl can be quite dangerous IME.

I imagine you're thinking of P-glycoprotein inhibitors as its P-gp that exports loperamide back across the BBB substantially reducing central effects.
