taking a domestic trip from newark, nj to florida, help!

ok, so i'm leaving out of newark nj, which is only about 20 minutes from my house, pretty bad area so thinking there might be dogs there. flying into ft. lauterdale florida, been there before never seen dogs.

anyway, i have a dope habit, and while only going away for 4 days, i don't want to risk not having anything. i searched online for any advice and all i could find was either keep it in your pocket and hope there's no dogs, or tape it to your leg and have candy in your pocket in case there is dog. i just found out about the new detectors that see through your clothes, so i'm real nervous about doing either of those, so i'm thinking about just putting it where the sun don't shine. that's only the first problem.

secondly, i'm accustom to iv-ing my product, while it wouldn't be horrible if i couldn't, i'd be going through alot more than usual, so my second question, would a metal detector pick up just one 30g needle if it was in my pocket? or even with the product where the sun don't shine? i know it's a risk no matter what, but i couldn't find any suboxone, and without a script i'm assuming it'd be almost as bad if i got caught with it.

any help or advice or past experiences would definitely help, this is my first thread on bluelight, while i've learned almost everything i know from this site, you guys ROCK!

oh and my flight leaves in 11 hours, so any help within the next 9 hours would be greatly, greatly appreciated. thank you guys, again you all rock.

obviously the best choice is to not take it at all.

but if you must, don't just carry it on your person, put it inside you.
and don't take a needle, they'll find it and probably search your luggage for more.

my advice: if you take your gear, buy the needles at your destination.
 
Dont take a needle... Put the shit in the bottom of an aspirin bottle with aspirin covering it... However I still think it's a bad idea.

I'm not going to say don't take it, because as a dope addict, you are going to. But you're going to need to pack the dope. When I say pack I mean, in your rear. It's the only reliable way to go about it and be safe and it doesn't take that much effort. You might object to this idea, but if you want the dope, some things just have to be. And also, leave the needle. You should have no trouble finding one in FL.

For the suboxone, you could always grind up the bupes and throw em' in an orange kool-aid powder container. Nice and orangey looking/smelling.
 
What about sealing it in a balloon like they do on the westcoast. Have it in your mouth, and swallow if danger comes your way.

You can atleast pour powder into the corner of a grocery bag, tie it and have that in your mouth. The actual balloon is alot less likely to break in the event you have to swallow it though.
 
thanks for all the input, as awkward as it will be and probably uncomfortable, i think i'm going to "pack" it, as rob said. as for the rigs, where would i be able to get them? any ideas? my license is suspended so i can't drive, and i'm going with the family, so if anything i can walk, but where to? if you all think the needle is a bad idea i definitely won't bring it, worst case i'll use my nose lol, then maybe when i get back i can stop iv altogether, or it will just feel alot better lol.

also, if i crush the suboxone and put it in juice or kool aid, wouldn't it not be effective being it doesn't get far in your digestive system? i've heard of people doing suboxone shooters in a shot glass, but never tried it cause i thought it doesn't assimilate orally, just under the tongue.

to outta pocket- poppy tea? i've never even heard of poppy tea, where would i find that? think a health food store would have it? because atleast then i would be fine not bringing so much and drink alot of that, just using some product to "satisfy" like you said.

and megawoof, what would you do in my situation? i don't know if you know what it's like, but would you just not bring anything and be really sick around family for 4 days?

Snort a large rail before you have to get on the plane. It should last you 6 to 8 hours. What's the problem with that?

I wouldn't bring needles on board with me. In my checked luggage they are no problem. But carry on or on my person, horrible idea. If you have a RX for them it might be one thing, but then again security might get suspicious if you bring on a single insulin syringe aboard...
 
capt heroin, after the 8 hours, what do i do for the 5 days after lol? can't be deathly sick around my whole family. you think i can bring a needle in my checked on luggage? hurry i leave for the airport in ten minuts!!!
 
I wonder what he ended up doing. And if our slick greenlighter here is now locked up and subsequently getting his butthole searched anyways. Boo dop be bop awaoow.

I really did like my idea of sealing it in a balloon mexican style, and having it in your mouth ready to swallow. And if you do swallow it, im sure the diarreah will get it out pretty quickly...
 
I'd say that the safest bet is never ever bring drugs on an airplane.

But I have. I actually took Pot on a plane to Europe from the US.

Again, I recomend you NOT do this. But here is where I have succesfully hidden a few buds (less than a gram, not much).

- The battery compartment of a Gameboy/PSP/CD player
- Inside a contact lens case.

The customs guy actually opened my bag and was holding the lens case in his hand.. But didn't open.. Needless to say.. I was shitting my pants. But I always knew that I could demand that he not open the case for fear of contaminating the lenses.. but who knows if that would even work.
 
haha love the comments guys, I made it! I put it in two cellophane (sp?) wrappers from cigarettes, then taped the crap out of it, used Saran wrap for soft corners, some more tape and alot of Vaseline and shoved it up there.. I also brought some xanax, those I just left in my pocket thinking if anything I'd say I didn't bring my whole script, and at most they'd just take them. but they didn't, so I probably could have kept everything in my pocket, but better safe then sorry.

I'll go to cvs later to try to get syringes, my grandmother actually has a huge box, but I don't think I can bring myself to take from her. so all in all everything worked out, I appreciate your guys help.

oh and we missed the huge storm by like 40 minutes, snowing like crazy in jersey apparently and I'm in Florida in 60 degree weather with no drug charges!! haha thanks again guys
 
i have & do fly from orlando to newark (and vice versa)several times a year as my fiance's family lives up there. i have an oxycodone habit and could never fathom the thought of not having pills with me at all times. i generally just take a vitamin bottle with random vites, excedrine, and some other crap that i take daily and throw it all together and stick it my purse. i've also, quite a few times actually, forgotten that i've had handfuls of pills bagged in my pockets which i forgot to take out, but have never been caught. drugs aren't made out of anything metal so an alarm isn't going to go off if you have them on you. as long as you don't look like a terrorist or something, you should be fine. they don't have dogs @newark airport and though i've only been to the ft. lauderdale airport a couple of times, i've never seen a dog there either. my fance has actually been that random guy in the line they pull aside every so many people to get "patted & searched" and he's even gone through that ordeal with pills on him with no problems. if you're that worried though, tape it under your testicles or something? relax though because the more nervous you are at an airport, the more sketched/suspicious you're going to look. also- i'd much rather carry any actual narcotics with me than put them in a checked bag, because i don't know where checked luggage goes before getting on a plane.

as for needles go though, i can't help ya there. i would say just prep a shot to do right before you go through security and then buy more rigs when you get here, but FL is a bunch of 85 year old republican communists so i doubt you would have an easy time getting your hands on any. you can't buy them otc here to my knowledge and there isn't a needle exchange either.

yes, like i said i made it! i'm in davie, florida now visiting the relatives. didn't bring the needles, a friend of mine down here said he could get them though, so i'll be good tomorrow. i did do a shot rigt before i left for newark, and only living 15 minutes away, by the time i got there i was still rockin and super relaxed, and was actually starting conversations with the cops/security there. don't know if i'll have any leftovers to bring home, but if i do, probably just going to put it in my sock or something, the whole "packing" think wasn't too comfortable lol. thanks for the input!

SWIM just flew from Hawaii to orlando via LA and knowing how long she would be traveling, she DID chance it. Here is what SHE did:

the night before, she made some "ready rigs" (her substance of choice is oxy - blues) about twelve in all. She then wrapped them all in first paper (so the tape wouldn't stick to the rigs) and then BLACK ELECTRICAL TAPE. She then made a hole in the lining of her black make up bag, and tucked them all neatly inside. The make up bag was filled afterwards with several makwe-up items, all cylindrical in shape, much like the shape of the black items on the inside of the bag. She passed through security at BOTH honolulu airport AND LAX (known for their heightened security) with no problem. This is not to say she was not sweating it both times, especially in LA.... but given the prospect of twenty hours of traveling, and the severity of her habit, she decided to chance it. She also was worried about the metal being picked up if they were on her person, and settled on this idea after consulting a pilot friend of hers who has inside knowledge of the way TSA screens the x-rays. Anyway, I do not recommend it for such a short trip... I agree with the aspirin bottle idea. (SWIM has a script, so she doesn't have to worry about that)
But I thought it good to pass along the info that it IS possible, although she could have just gotten lucky (twice).
