Taking 4-FA while on SSRIs (Fluoxetine aka prozac)

Hey, if I am taking 20 mg of fluoxetine daily, and have been for the past year, is it safe to take 4-FA? I was recommended a 100 mg dose my a friend, but he hesitated when I told him I was on an SSRi. We worry that serotonin syndrome could be an issue. Would it be safe to titrate up, or should the combination just be avoided?

I've done LSD, mushrooms, and DMT while on fluoexetine and had no problems.
 
Probably should be avoided since they're both reuptake inhibitors you have the risk of serotonin syndrome.
