ditto on the weed. It's been since september since my last toke (finished an 1/8th off in 3 days). But really since July from when I "quit".

I really could use a good nod. 25-30mg of oxymorphone snorted would suit me like a king. 140mg of oxycodone would probably fit the bill, but I'd rather the former. Longer duration, hell of a lot more euphoria. Though just wish oxymorphone wasn't so heavy. Its super sedating, sometimes to a point where i have to set an alarm that I can keep snoozing when nodding so I don't fall asleep haha.

H would be fantastic, but I absolutely hate the duration, never felt it was that great of an opioid for that reason.
