Benzos Tagamet and Alprazolam

If I take a tagamet how long should I wait before taking Alprazolam to increase the effects?
 
I second HeadHigh's advice. I usually wait a full hour when I take Tagament/cimetidine to potentiate things, just to be safe. There's no reason to wait longer than that, though, and you shouldn't take it before it's been at least a half hour.
