Tablets with no score

Is medication evenly distributed in each tablet? Even those without a score? My tramadol are the round, white, M T7, by Mylan. I have a pill cuter and it does a pretty good job at splitting them down the middle. However, I've always wondered if the medication is evenly spread throughout the tablet. There are obviously binders and such as well. I wonder how they would even it all out.

The distribution probably isn't perfect but it's nothing that should remotely effect your dosing or effects

Reasonably evenly, unless you get into some time release type things with layers that need to dissolve slowly and others that don't.

Tramadol. You wont notice any difference even if you had an extra 20MG (at least i dont when i do) on ur normal does so i wouldnt worry.

My first dosing of the day I usually take 125mg. Then throughout the day work my way up to 200-250mg.

Damn. I'm not feeling too well tonight, guys. Very nauseated and dizzy. I'm not sure if it's tramadol related. Been on it for 7 years and it has rarely given me nausea. Or any other unwanted side-effects for that matter. Constipation is the only unwanted side effect I can think of that tram gives me. Just took some diphenhydramine. Diph is especially great for nausea. There is some drowsiness with it, but nothing major. I used to be paranoid about using diph with tram in the past, but I asked my pharmacist and he said it was ok, so it's all good.

i believe the active ingrediant is nearly perfectly spread out throughout the pill

A pill with a score mark can typically be split. Active ingredients should be distributed evenly.

i would expect it to be even, since they dont mix pills up one at a time, they do it in batches with big amounts of powder, which go to a press
