Synthetic marijuana officially illegal

If they're scheduled then it doesn't matter if they're "for human consumption" or not, AFAIK.

Of course, if they're analogs and "not for human consumption" its a different story.

oh, loopholes.

yea I'm talking about analogue blends

it'd be hard to prosecute

and yes every hodgie corner store around here still sells the shit

Like it even matters they band like 5 outta thousands of JWH, HU, and AM componds are still legal and are jsut gonan be replaced as soon as its illegal so spice is here to stay just not with the same compounds in it. PLus I get the powder anyways so this doesnt bother me. I Went out after reading this and still was able to get three grams of spice, And to be honest it feels like it has JWH-018 in it anyways which is banded so nothing will change, And im pretty sure alot of spice still has the JWH-018 in it from stock piles.

Very weird. So this is effective immediately? Cuz a nearby headshop just re-stocked vintage 018 K2 after pulling it off the shelves a few months ago. Half price too, like they're in a hurry to sell it.

Lol @ 1000s of HU, there's 2 and they're both schedule 1 even though one is very neuroprotective and isn't a cannabinoid.

Not sure how many cannabinoids are actually in the HU series, but it's far more than 2. Off the top of my head I can think of four, though one is non-psychoactive.
