I posted a thread about this same incident a while ago, can't be fucked to find it again. But there's been reports of these "K2" blends causing horrible reactions, even resulting in comatose states.
I actually met a friend of one this unfortunate folk and I guess the dude was in a coma for a week after about 2 "bowls" of a synthetic blend. He still hasn't fully recovered cognitive abilities. Apparently after smoking he collapsed and began screaming about how everything hurt, and some other symptoms which honestly just sounded like a panic attack, but then he blacked out and didn't wake up for a week.
I'm encouraging people to boycott these "blends", not because they're evil or anything but because the companies need to stop selling a relatively new and unresearched compound as some "natural herbal high". Yeah clearly people should do their own research but most of the people buying these blends have no idea what the hell "JWH-018" is. I used to think this was a problem of people smoking reckless amounts of the product, but I'm hearing about a lot of fucked up stuff happening from average doses. It appears that these companies aren't trying very hard to evenly dose this stuff.
