synthetic cannabinoid ban HR1254 passed. 48 hours until it goes into affect

I am on the mailing list for a bunch of herbal incense online retialers and three so far have emailed me today saying hr1254 passed.

Here is what the most recent email received by me said (from no sources?)

FED BAN HR 1254 PASSED THE SENATE ON THE BACK OF THE FDA BILL!! Effective 48 hours from President's signature.

3 major online retailers I bought from in the past (I quit that shit when NYC banned it a few weeks ago) shut down or ceased incense sales.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/112/hr1254 has not updated yet though.. the only sources I have for this bill passing are the retails scrambling to sell product because in another day they will essentially be selling a drugi n the same category as heroin if they were to continue.
