I haven’t done one of these in a long time, but I feel it’s my duty to report on the latest batch of Synthacaine. Although the vendor that’s selling it as a proprietary blend, I have it on good authority that it’s Dimethocaine and Camfetamine, perhaps with some other bunk thrown in there.
I decided to try this after I got a rather suspicious batch of Cocaine from my local dealer, he said it was “dynamite” as usual, I just wanted something to shove up the nose while we went to York races... We parted cash, and I must admit it was nice, but certainly not coke I’ve ever had (I’ll write another report for this if enough interest)
Anyway, I’d been reading through my trusty research chem website, trying to find a replacement for my much loved 5-MAPB and 6-APB and I saw Synthacaine. It was dirt cheap so thought why not, and I bought a gram.
It arrived this morning, (good service as usual) so off to the toilet.
T:00:00 – Small amount of Synthacaine administered up the trusty right nostril from the end of my car key. Licked the key clean, had a bitter taste, not dissimilar to coke and has a very similar numbing effect on the gums. Instantly reminded of the coke I’d paid an arm and a leg for the previous weekend, immediate numbing sensation, and cleared airways. Back drop tastes almost identical, has a bit of a burn but otherwise quite pleasant.
T:00:01 – Snort back hard to clear nose and backdrop worsenes, the whole of the back of my head feels numb, eyes widen and I immediately feel as this will have an effect. I clear my nose and return to my desk.
T:00:10 –“Hmm… where have I had this feeling before?” I think to myself. It’s almost identical to the street coke I’d bought the week before. Nice clear headed high with mild body load. Generally feel content and happy to get on with work. Conversations with customers on the phone is free flowing, and I feel more motivated than usual.
T:00:15 – Delivery arrives at the back door, stand up and feel very light headed, settles and I walk over to take the delivery. Have a chat with the delivery dude, comment on the nice weather, pretty standard. Feeling pretty good right now.
T:00:45 – Back to the server room “to run some backups” Suckers… A fingernail sized pile, about a couple of mm tall is poured out onto the side, Papermate disassembled and administered up the lefty. Same taste, but probably just done twice the previous dose. No noticeable burn, but the backdrop makes me gag slightly. Swallow saliva and troop on…
T:00:50 – Now feeling a lot more stimulated, but not jittery. It’s certainly no substitute for real coke, but I’m enjoying it. I’ve noticed that I’m sweating quite a lot more than usual, but that could be because it’s sunny as fuck outside and we haven’t got aircon. My extremities feel different, can’t quite put my finger on it but it’s probably effected my cardiovascular system. I feel very motivated, and am flying through emails and queries like a man possessed (in between writing this of course) I usually have a shit attention span but I am able to focus on tasks better, and I'm almost on top of everything.
T:01:30 – Effects have pretty much stayed the same for nearly an hour, but I now feel like I’m starting to come down a bit. Slight pain in my right forearm, and a distant headache. Have a glass of water and I feel much better.
T:02:00 – Feeling now as if I’ve just had a bit too much coffee. Can’t keep legs still, but mood is definitely lifted. Headache no worse, and extremities are feeling almost normal, if a little heavy. Decide to put the rest of the bag in my car for safe keeping as It’s lunch time soon and it’s chip shop Friday!
T:02:20 – Eating not a problem, but still feel like I’m on something. Eating with Coke has never been a problem for me. Chips are hot and delicious, loads of salt and vinegar taste buds actually seem enhanced slightly, although I could be mistaken.
T:03:00 – Effects have all but vanished. Haven’t had the huge impulse to re-dose on this stuff that I usually get. I don’t know what it is, but I just LOVE snorting suff. Sometimes the nastier the better! Although I didn’t measure my heart rate, I can feel my heart beating, but nothing too bad.
In conclusion, I’m almost certain that the coke I’ve been getting has been cut with this stuff (probably about 90% synthacaine, 10% Coke) I don’t know what it would be like if I went through the whole gram as I often do with Coke, but there were no warning signs from the moderate dose I had today. That being said, please be very careful if you are going to do a lot!!! For the money, I’d certainly rather have some of this for when I just want to sniff something, It’s pretty good for what it is but don’t expect miracles. If Mephedrone was a 10 up the nose, this is about a 4 or 5 on the scale.
