I've been using dexedrine for years now and judging by my experiences, I'm fairly certain that green tea induces all sorts of positive effects and counteracts negative side effects caused by dexedrine in me. Drugs affect everyone differently but this is how it is for me. Dexedrine has some very bad side effects on me such as making me depressed (no not coming down, while I'm actually on it), lethargic, gives me headaches, makes me hyperventilate and all sorts of other negative things. This gets bad when I'm at college because I can't make green tea there. I know its not the caffeine causing this synergy because if I drink coffee it has the opposite effect, it amplifies dexedrines side effects. I haven't tried regular tea but green tea contains more antioxidants and beneficial compounds so I just drink that.
To anyone here who feels like shit when dexedrine/adderall kicks in, I strongly recommend trying green tea. Its a miracle substance for me because the negative things dexedrine was doing to me counteracted the good things it did. Now I just get the positive effects.
