Opioids Synergistic effects of Buprenorphine (subutex) and Kratom?

I've been trying to find out if there is any synergy between combining Buprenorphine and Kratom. I haven't found much info on the two and have gotten mixed answers/opinions. Is there any effects between the two? or does the Buprenorphine knock the 7-Hydroxymitragynine & Mitragynine off the MU receptors? I know Buprenorphine has a very high binding affinity and will overpower most opiates/opiods but Kratom technically is not really an opiate or an opiod it just activates the MU-1 receptor correct? If someone could shed some light on this it would be much appreciated this has been bugging me for a while, thanks!

Kratom has stimulant acting alkaloids which could be sigma 1 agonist and or nmda antagonismnd has delta agonism which bup doesnt antagoniZE . Make sure you do the bup before the krayom though. Also if u take a low enough dose of bup, some of your mu opiate receptors will be open for alkaloids in kratom to bind to.

I am currently on a maintained dose of Buprenorphine (4mg) my ceiling effect is 4mg which means I can take 4mg one day and 32mg the next and feel the same on 32mg as I would on 4mg. So I believe all of my μ-opioid receptors are fully activated and blocked by the Bupe. Will I still have somewhat of a synergy effect? is it worth the effort to try? The reason I ask is because I am debating on getting a few doses of kratom or getting a months worth.
