Sorry everyone. My move this weekend has been greatly underestimated. I am not able to make mexican tonight. Gotta have the damn bed completely dissassembled tonight, ready for the morning, not to mention my electronics.

Well the mexican was great, aside from Kat's "souvenir". The pub afterwards was nice. All in all, a fantastic first bluelight meet up for such a youngen :P

"I'm just going to check the bus timetable..." - never to be seen again!

Anyway, entirely too late, entirely too trashed, but it was fun meeting you peoples.
 
Special mention goes to the waitress who gave me a filthy look for trying to order a meal for my imaginary friend at the mexican resturant, and also to the bar chick who laughed at me for trying to buy food at 1am.

I'll wait for THR to arise to find out what time you all got home. Late, by the sounds of it.
 
Sounds like I should have stayed! Was good to meet some new people. Yay Kat for finding metal in her chicken! We should try that trick next time. :D
 
Big props to the people who came, it was really cool to meet those of you I haven't met before. A good time was had by all. I'm going to stay away from the beer next time because by the end of it I was feeling really tired.

Up all night managed to keep a low profile as far as the camera goes, although I think there's a photo of her somewhere with me grinning like a cheesey idiot.

All in all the night was definitely a success and I'm looking forward to the next installment. :D

I wondered what the hell had happened to you guys... I walked back over the road after checking the bus timetable and couldn't find you, walked up to the next open pub to see if you'd gone in there, walked up and down the street a bit more before giving up and sitting at the bus stop for an hour.

I was still thirsty too :(

That aside, definitely a fun night. I can't believe you all thought I was kidding about the pirate thing. 'Sif I would joke about something like that ;) Mmmm for tasty metal slivers in the burrito. Boo to the pikers. Thanks to the people who showed up for an awesome night. Let's do it again soon!
 
Awwww what???? How the hell did that happen?

We waited for about 10 minutes around the bus stops, went up and down the crowds of people a couple of times looking for you, then sorta gave up. We must have walked right past eachother. Did you head north, or back towards Central?

I can't even begin to think how we lost eachother????

We both figured that your bus had arrived (or you found out it was the last one running for the night) and took the opportunity to get back home in one piece. Awww man, I'm really sorry. That must've been crap waiting for an hour. We ended up mooching around looking for a bar and then found one on Campbell Street.

Weird thing is, I was gonna give you my number when we were in the restaurant... just in case something like this happened.

Other than that, I had a great time. Cheers people.
 
Yeah. I even looked in the bus windows for you. You weren't there.

As tamb said, we waited and looked up and down but no Kat! :(
