I couldn't help but notice that those peons in the Melbourne Food Society thread have chosen Hogs Breath Cafe as their eating venue.

Clearly our southern cousins have a lot to learn about gastronomic appreciation. Although, I'm sure that one day they'll work their way up to to a restaurant that ISN'T franchised.

The reason you're experiencing this confusion is probably because the restaurant is Vietnamese, not Thai.
