Sydney area report?

Hey, I just talked to a guy that lives over in Sydney. He is excited to go to a rave and try ecstacy, but he would like to how much it costs, and when the next rave is going to be.
The problem is, that I live in the States, and I don't know myself. So, if anyone has any info on common pill prices, and news on upcomming raves in the Sydney area. You know, like where to buy the tickets and all that. It would be greatly apreciated, thanks.

There's a good list of Sydney events here... I don't know how complete or reliable it is (being from Melb.) but the Melbourne list available from the same site is quite useful.
As for the other part of your query, I read somewhere on the internet that there are people in Australia who actually pay to receive ecstacy, and they pay about $40-50 on average, depending upon the circumstances of their purchase (quality/quantity/situation). That's illegal though, and no names are ever mentioned.
