Yes they are, have you ever been searched? Its not fun to have hundreds of people watch you get 'escorted' to the van or office. Then they dont find anything on you and the cops get angry. You dont think that's an invasion of privacy? This has happened to me twice now and im sick of it. I wouldnt goto an event like this anymore basically because of the sniffer dogs and also the shit music and underage kids who seem too wasted.

Fenix used to play some freeform, or so he promoted himself as on flyers, -not sure anymore tho cos last few times i heard him it just sounded the same as any old hardcore shite.
 
Was pretty lame. Security wouldn't let you sit down, on the walls, at the sides, on the floor.. anywhere but the chill out areas (the seated ones and the outside ones). Harden the fuck up Sydney! Any time I actually peaked and let myself go I had security or ravers come up to me yelling ARE YOU OK?! just cos i munted out a bit, them thinking I was dead or something.

Not going to bother seeing RBC again. Way too cheesey and boring, and MC Storm is fucking downright annoying. They have nothing on NEC.

That sucks. I heard they stepped up security. Friends who went said they saw heaps more sniffer dogs and security were not as relaxed as at previous raves.

I think it has something to do with the media attention of that girl dying after Good Vibes, should be interesting to see how this affects Future Music :\
 
So did anyone see that ugly fat chick getting eaten out in the corner of the hardcore room? Why did that go on but I couldn't fucking sit down for a minute to munt out.
 
Because the bouncers were getting off on it. Or maybe it was kind of hard to say 'Sorry, no gobbies here, go to the toilets' to people in that state.

That is disgusting. Sorry to hear how poor security was, letting that go on. I doubt i'll be attending another powerhouse event for a while.
 
About 100 kids got in for free at around 11.30 or so. A inside friend opened a fire door and about 100 people ran in before secur5ity closed the door and stood there the whole night stopping it from happening again.
